Our Story
Mors Create is a proudly South African brand based in the Breede Valley, born from the chaos of 2020 and a passion for creating something meaningful.
In the midst of lockdown, Lilly, a 20-year-old fashion design student at the time, began making aprons from vintage tablecloths and off-cut leather. What started as a creative outlet soon grew into a business rooted in craftsmanship, creativity and purpose.
Today, Mors Create is about more than just aprons. The brand creates opportunities for local women on the family farm, empowering them to work with their hands, explore their creativity and take pride in what they make. Every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and a commitment to making the most of what is available.
Over time, the advent elves have also become a cherished part of the Mors Create story. With their hand-embroidered pockets and thoughtful details, these lovingly handcrafted elves bring a little magic into family homes, building excitement and anticipation as they count down the days to Christmas. Each elf is made by hand with love, patience and incredible craftsmanship, creating something special to be treasured and brought out year after year.
